New London venue DRUMSHEDS reveals first run of parties ahead of launch next month

New Tottenham venue, DRUMSHEDS has just unveiled a host of shows confirmed for its launch next month.

The 608,000 sqft space – which is located in a former IKEA warehouse and operated by former Drumsheds and Printworks owners Broadwick Live – will celebrate its grand opening with a La Discothèque party on October 7.

Spread across three rooms, the party run from 12:PM till 10:30PM with sets from house/jazz icons Kenny DopeGilles PetersonMeléNorman Jay MBEAnish Kumar and more.

On October 12, Bugged Out! are taking over the DRUMSHEDS — B.O favourites Hot ChipOrbitalBasement Jaxx have been locked in for live performances plus DJ PauletteErol Alkan, Miss Kittin on the decks

Gorgon City will be headlining on October 14 with Armand Van Helden and Oden & Fatzo. While the last event of the debut series will be on December 16 — hosted by Skepta and Jammer’s label/collective Más Tiempo.

Other parties also at DRUMSHEDS include Jamie Jones’ Paradise, Andy C’s Worried About Henry, ElrowMajor League Djz’ Piano People and many more.

12 parties have been announced for DRUMSHEDS first series with tickets on sale for those who have signed up on August 2.

Created and curated by Broadwick Live, the team behind PrintworksThe BeamsDepot Mayfield and more, the 15,000-capacity warehouse venue is located in North London’s industrial Meridian Water zone.

Ajay Jayaram, Director of Music, Broadwick Live says: “DRUMSHEDS as a cultural project is about creativity and impact at scale. Some of music’s biggest artists, labels and brands are working with us to curate shows that are unparalleled in terms of size and production in the capital, offering our guests an experience unlike anything before.
